The main thrust is on family protection. It is suitable for persons who desire maximum insurance protection with low contribution. At a substantially low premium large amounts of cover is provided. For example, premium is only Rs.9.35 per thousand for a person aged 30 years for a term of 25 years.

Features

Full sum assured is payable on death, but on survival premiums are refunded (excluding accident premiums or extra premiums).
Premiums are limited to select terms or till death, whichever is earlier.
Term ranges between 5 and 25 years.

On Death
Only Sum assured is payable.

Other Conditions

Minimum sum assured is equal to Rs.50,000.
Minimum premium must be Rs.800 per annum
Minimum age at entry : 18 years.
Maximum age at entry: 50 years .
Maximum premium ceasing age: 65 years.
Sub-standard lives up to class II and female lives in category I and II also are eligible.
Standard age proof is required.
