This insurance policy offers protection to the insured party against loss or damages owing to accidental breakage of the plate glass installed.

Compensation Offered
The insurance policy will indemnify the insured party with an amount equivalent to repair or replacement and reinstatement of the damaged item, subject to the amount of the sum insured.

In case the sum insured is inadequate, then the amount paid will be summed up proportionately.

• Fire, explosion, gas, heat, war and nuclear perils, riot, strike, Act of God like flood, earthquake, storm, etc.
  
  
• During removal or repair or alteration.
  
  
• Loss or damage to glass not completely and securely fixed.
  
  
• Breakage of lettering without the breakage of glass itself.
  
  
• Loss or damage to silvered, lettered, curved, embossed and ornamental glass and also frames not declared specifically.
